PraxisGodotComponents Updated - Place Detection Demo
I made a small update to PGC to show off place detection. This doesn't use the map, just a screen with the location code and the list of places at that code, plus their category and type.
Making this feature revealed that some files have place data that's been improperly merged, and don't show everything correctly. I thought I had fixed all of those issues when I finished making the global files in March. Apologies if you need this data before I get to next year's update and get everything smoothed out globally.
I am uncertain of how widespread the issue is, so you will need to test your area on your own to see if the information is correct. If you see your correct city/state/country in AdminBounds, and can get a roads name showing up under MapTiles, all of your area's data is 100% correct. If they do not line up (EX: you get park names showing up as AdminBounds, or no AdminBounds show up at all), you'll need to wait until I get next year's files done before the demo will give you the correct data. You can always process your own data with PraxisMapper and points your apps to that if you need accurate files before then.
